MOTOR CAR TRADERS AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 4 OF 2008) - SECT 30
New section 122 inserted
At the end of Part 8 of the Principal Act insert —
" 122 Further
transitional—Motor Car Traders Amendment Act 2008
The Motor Car Traders Claims Committee is the same body as the Guarantee Fund
Claims Committee despite the change in its name by section 20 of the Motor Car
Traders Amendment Act 2008 .".
