MOTOR CAR TRADERS AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 4 OF 2008) - SECT 5

    (1)     In section 3(1) of the Principal Act, in the definition of Committee for "Guarantee Fund Claims Committee" substitute "Motor Car Traders Claims Committee".

    (2)     In section 3(1) of the Principal Act, the definition of insolvent under administration is repealed .
