MOTOR CAR TRADERS AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 4 OF 2008) - SECT 8

    (1)     After section 14(2) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(2A)     Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the Authority may impose conditions or vary or revoke conditions under this section at the request of the Committee.".

    (2)     In section 14(3) of the Principal Act, after "Authority" (where secondly occurring) insert "or the Committee".
