In section 18C(1)(b) omit "(within the meaning of the Corporations Act)";

        4     Commissioner for Law Enforcement Data Security Act 2005

In section 9(b) omit "within the meaning of the Corporations Act".

        5     Companies (Administration) Act 1981

In section 11(8)(b) omit "within the meaning of the Companies (Victoria) Code ".

In section 3(1), the definition of insolvent under administration is repealed .
