MARINE (DOMESTIC COMMERCIAL VESSEL NATIONAL LAW APPLICATION) ACT 2013 (NO. 36 OF 2013) - SECT 32

Safety duties in relation to design, manufacture and supply of vessels

    (1)     In section 26(1) of the Marine Safety Act 2010 , for "a vessel" (where first occurring) substitute
"a recreational vessel".

    (2)     In section 26(3) of the Marine Safety Act 2010 , for "the vessel" (where first occurring) substitute "the recreational vessel".
