Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the chief psychiatrist must give the Secretary a copy of any report prepared under section 136 to the Secretary.
(2) The copy of a report given to the Secretary must not contain any information that may identify a mental health service provider or any other person.
