Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The chief psychiatrist must issue an identity card to each authorised officer appointed by the chief psychiatrist.
(2) An identity card issued to an authorised officer under this section must—
(a) contain a photograph of the authorised officer; and
(b) contain the signature of the authorised officer; and
(c) be signed by the chief psychiatrist.
