MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 (NO. 26 OF 2014) - SECT 162

Registered medical practitioner members

A person is eligible for appointment as a registered medical practitioner member if the person—

        (a)     is a registered medical practitioner; and

        (b)     has knowledge of, and experience in relation to, the treatment of mental illness.
