MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 (NO. 26 OF 2014) - SECT 211

    (1)     At a meeting of the Rules Committee—

        (a)     the President presides if he or she is present; and

        (b)     if the President is not present, the Deputy President presides.

    (2)     The quorum of the Rules Committee is half of the number of members who make up the Committee.

    (3)     In all other respects the Rules Committee may regulate its own proceedings.
