Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A person receiving mental health services at a prescribed premises, or any person on behalf of that person, may request the person in charge of the prescribed premises to arrange for the person to be visited by a community visitor.
(2) Within 2 business days after receiving a request under subsection (1), the person in charge of the prescribed premises must advise a community visitor that a request has been made.
