MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 (NO. 26 OF 2014) - SECT 248

If the parties to a conciliation reach an agreement, the conciliator must ensure that the agreement is—

        (a)     in writing; and    

        (b)     signed by all parties to the conciliation; and

        (c)     given to all parties.
