Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Commissioner must give written notice to a mental health service provider in accordance with subsection (2) if he or she conducts an investigation into the mental health service provider.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) must—
(a) specify the scope and objectives of the investigation; and
(b) specify the names of the investigators who will carry out the investigation; and
(c) specify the expected date of commencement for the investigation and the expected length of the investigation.
