Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A person or a mental health service provider whose interests are affected by a decision by the Commissioner under section 260(1) to serve a compliance notice may apply to VCAT for review of the decision.
(2) An application for review must be made within 20 business days after the compliance notice is served.
(3) The Commissioner is a party to a proceeding on a review under this section.
