MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 (NO. 26 OF 2014) - SECT 332

    (1)     The Institute must have a board of directors.

    (2)     The board of directors—

        (a)     is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Institute; and

        (b)     is responsible for establishing a governance framework for the Institute and monitoring compliance with the governance framework; and

        (c)     may exercise the powers of the Institute.
