Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsIf a registered medical practitioner has performed an examination for the purposes of this Act and is not otherwise entitled to receive payment for the provision of medical services, the medical practitioner may apply to the Secretary for payment at the prescribed rate.
