Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) An appointment or delegation of power made under this Act (other than an appointment or delegation made under Part 8) is not invalid only because of a defect or irregularity in the form or process of the appointment or delegation.
(2) An act or a decision of a person under this Act is not invalid only because of any defect or irregularity in the form or process of his or her appointment.
