MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 (NO. 26 OF 2014) - SECT 373

Definitions

    (1)     In this Part—

1986 Act means the Mental Health Act 1986 ;

2014 Act means the Mental Health Act 2014 .

    (2)     A word or expression that is defined in the 1986 Act and is used in this Part in relation to the 1986 Act has the same meaning as is given in the 1986 Act.
