Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) On and after 1 July 2014, a person who, immediately before that day, is subject to a transfer order made under section 39(1) or (2) of the 1986 Act and who is not transferred in accordance with the transfer order, is taken to be subject to a varied Order under section 65 of the 2014 Act which specifies that assessment of, or treatment for, (as the case may be) the person be provided by another designated mental health service.
(2) On and after 1 July 2014, an appeal that, immediately before that day, is made under section 39(5) of the 1986 Act and is not determined, is taken to be an application for review under section 66 of the 2014 Act.
