Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) On and after 1 July 2014, a person who is a community visitor under section 108 of the 1986 Act immediately before that day is taken to be a community visitor under section 214 of the 2014 Act.
(2) On and after 1 July 2014, a request to see a community visitor under section 113 of the 1986 Act that, immediately before that day, is not granted is taken to be a request made under section 219 of the 2014 Act.
