MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 (NO. 26 OF 2014) - SECT 438

Warrant to arrest person subject to custodial supervision order who leaves Victoria

    (1)     In sections 30B(1)(a) and (1A) of the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997 , for "an approved" substitute
"a designated".

    (2)     In section 30B(3) of the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997 , for "approved" substitute "designated".
