MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 (NO. 26 OF 2014) - SECT 444

Applicant profile

For section 54A(1)(a) and (b) of the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997 substitute —

    "(a)     the authorised psychiatrist for the designated mental health service, in the case of a forensic patient detained in that designated mental health service; or".
