MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 (NO. 26 OF 2014) - SECT 446

Granting of extended leave

    (1)     In section 57(1)(a) of the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997 , for "approved" substitute "designated".

    (2)     In section 57(4)(a)(i), (ii) and (iv) of the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997 , for "an approved" substitute
"a designated".
