MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 (NO. 26 OF 2014) - SECT 49

Contents of a Temporary Treatment Order

A Temporary Treatment Order must—

        (a)     state whether the Order is a Community Temporary Treatment Order or an Inpatient Temporary Treatment Order; and

        (b)     include any information prescribed for the purposes of this section.
