1.1 In section 5(1), in the definition of "hospital", for paragraph (b) substitute —

2 Children, Youth and Families Act 2005
2.1 In section 3(1), in the definition of "information holder", for paragraph (g) substitute —
"(g) a person in charge of a mental health service provider within the meaning of section 3(1) of the Mental Health Act 2014 ;".
2.2 In section 3(1), in the definition of "service agency", for paragraph (c) substitute —
