MITCHAM-FRANKSTON PROJECT ACT 2004 (NO 39 OF 2004) - SECT 178
Freeway Corporation to be liable for certain relocation and rectification costs
Subject to this Division, the Freeway Corporation is liable to pay the fair
and reasonable costs of relocating or rectifying any Utility infrastructure
that is affected by the Project construction work.
