MITCHAM-FRANKSTON PROJECT ACT 2004 (NO 39 OF 2004) - SECT 233

    The Independent Reviewer must cause an emergency order under section 232 to be served on—

        (a)     the Freeway Corporation; and

        (b)     the Authority; and

        (c)     any person to whom it is directed—

without delay after it is made.
