MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) AMENDMENT ACT 2014 (NO. 10 OF 2014) - SECT 2

    (1)     Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act comes into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.

    (2)     If a provision of this Act (other than section 4(3), 7, 16 or 27) does not come into operation before 1 November 2014, it comes into operation on that day.

    (3)     If section 4(3), 7, 16 or 27 does not come into operation before 31 December 2016, it comes into operation on that day.
