MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) AMENDMENT ACT 2014 (NO. 10 OF 2014) - SECT 26

    (1)     In section 47(1) and (2) of the Principal Act omit "or 41AA".

    (2)     In section 47(1)(b) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     omit ", (xi) or (xii)";

        (b)     for "work; and" substitute "work.".

    (3)     Section 47(1)(c) of the Principal Act is repealed .
