MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) AMENDMENT ACT 2014 (NO. 10 OF 2014) - SECT 37

In section 77U of the Principal Act, in the definition of "authority"—

        (a)     for paragraph (a) substitute —

    "(a)     an exploration licence, a mining licence, a prospecting licence or a retention licence under Part 2; or";

        (b)     paragraph (b) is repealed .
