MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) AMENDMENT ACT 2014 (NO. 10 OF 2014) - SECT 38

    (1)     In section 80(4) of the Principal Act, after "further rehabilitation bond" insert "within 28 days after service of that notice, or by a later date specified in the notice,".

    (2)     After section 80(4) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(4A)     An authority holder must comply with a requirement to enter into a further rehabilitation bond under subsection (4).

Penalty:     In the case of a corporation, 200 penalty units

    In any other case, 40 penalty units.".

    (3)     In section 80(5) of the Principal Act, for "1 month" substitute "28 days".
