MELBOURNE STRATEGIC ASSESSMENT (ENVIRONMENT MITIGATION LEVY) ACT 2020 (NO. 1 OF 2020) - SECT 136

Definitions

In section 3 of the Commissioner for Environmental Sustainability Act 2003 insert the following definition—

""MSA conservation outcomes "means conservation outcomes within the meaning of the Melbourne Strategic Assessment (Environment Mitigation Levy) Act 2020 ;".
