MELBOURNE STRATEGIC ASSESSMENT (ENVIRONMENT MITIGATION LEVY) ACT 2020 (NO. 1 OF 2020) - SECT 139

Public availability

    (1)     In section 21(1)(a)(v) of the Commissioner for Environmental Sustainability Act 2003 omit "and".

    (2)     After section 21(1)(a)(v) of the Commissioner for Environmental Sustainability Act 2003 insert —

    "(vi)     a report on MSA conservation outcomes; and".
