MELBOURNE STRATEGIC ASSESSMENT (ENVIRONMENT MITIGATION LEVY) ACT 2020 (NO. 1 OF 2020) - SECT 146

After Part 14 of Schedule 1 to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998 insert —

" Part 14A—Melbourne Strategic Assessment (Environment Mitigation Levy) Act 2020

        50A     Tribunal need not be constituted by a lawyer

Section 64(2) does not apply to a proceeding under the Melbourne Strategic Assessment (Environment Mitigation Levy) Act 2020 .

        50B     Costs

Section 112 does not apply to a proceeding under the Melbourne Strategic Assessment (Environment Mitigation Levy) Act 2020 .".
