Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A person's medical treatment decision maker or health practitioner may apply to VCAT for directions or an advisory opinion on any matter or question relating to an advance care directive or the medical treatment of the person.
(2) VCAT may give an advisory opinion or directions on any matter which is the subject of an application under subsection (1).
