MELBOURNE UNIVERSITY (VICTORIAN COLLEGE OF THE ARTS) ACT 2006 (NO 62 OF 2006) - SECT 4

On 1 January 2007—

        (a)     the College is abolished;

        (b)     a person holding office as a member of the Council of the College immediately before that date ceases to hold that office;

        (c)     a person holding office as the President of the College or the Deputy President of the College immediately before that date ceases to hold that office;

        (d)     any committee constituted and appointed by the Council of the College is abolished;

        (e)     a person holding office as a member of a committee referred to in paragraph (d) immediately before that date ceases to hold that office;

        (f)     the Board of Studies of the College is abolished;

        (g)     a person holding office as a member of the Board of Studies of the College immediately before that date ceases to hold that office.
