MULTICULTURAL VICTORIA AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 80 OF 2008) - SECT 7

Deputy Chairperson of the Commission

For section 14(1) of the Principal Act substitute —

    "(1)     The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, must appoint—

        (a)     one of the members of the Commission; or

        (b)     the Director of the Commission—

to be the Deputy Chairperson of the Commission.".
