NATIONAL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ORDER SCHEME ACT 2016 (NO. 53 OF 2016) - SECT 78

    (1)     For the heading to section 201 of the Family Violence Protection Act 2008 substitute —

" Service of orders ".

    (2)     In section 201 of the Family Violence Protection Act 2008 , after "intervention order,"  insert "or varies, extends or revokes a recognised DVO,".
