Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) In section 3(1) of the Accident Towing Services Act 2007 , in the definition of "designated road" , after paragraph (cb) insert —
"(cc) the North East Link road;".
(2) In section 3(1) of the Accident Towing Services Act 2007 , for the definition of limited tow truck licence substitute —
""limited tow truck licence" means—
(a) a regular tow truck licence issued under section 10(2), 10(3), 10(4) or 10(5); or
(b) a heavy tow truck licence issued under section 11(2), 11(3), 11(4) or 11(5);".
(3) Insert the following definitions in section 3(1) of the Accident Towing Services Act 2007 —
""North East Link road" has the same meaning as in the North East Link Act 2020 ;
North East Link State Tolling Corporation has the same meaning as in the North East Link Act 2020 ;
"relevant North East Link agency" means—
(a) the North East Link State Tolling Corporation; or
(b) the North East Link operator (within the meaning of the North East Link Act 2020 );".
