NORTH EAST LINK ACT 2020 (NO. 18 OF 2020) - SECT 117

In section 12(2) of the Accident Towing Services Act 2007 —

        (a)     for "or 13(4)" substitute ", 13(4) or 13(5)";

        (b)     for "or 10(4), or 11(2), 11(3) or 11(4)" substitute ", 10(4) or 10(5), or 11(2), 11(3), 11(4) or 11(5)".
