NORTH EAST LINK ACT 2020 (NO. 18 OF 2020) - SECT 146

Interference with a road

After section 63(2)(be) of the Road Management Act 2004 insert —

    "(bf)     the person conducts the works authorised by, and conducted in accordance with, a North East Link operation and maintenance agreement; or".
