NORTH EAST LINK ACT 2020 (NO. 18 OF 2020) - SECT 155

Use of effective statement to avoid liability

In section 84BE(4A) of the Road Safety Act 1986 —

        (a)     for "or Part 3 of the West Gate Tunnel (Truck Bans and Traffic Management) Act 2019 " substitute ", Part 3 of the West Gate Tunnel (Truck Bans and Traffic Management) Act 2019 or Part 4 of the North East Link Act 2020 ";

        (b)     in paragraph (b), for "or the West Gate Tunnel (Truck Bans and Traffic Management) Act 2019 " substitute ", the  West Gate Tunnel (Truck Bans and Traffic Management) Act 2019 or the North East Link Act 2020 ".
