NORTH EAST LINK ACT 2020 (NO. 18 OF 2020) - SECT 159

In section 52 of the West Gate Tunnel (Truck Bans and Traffic Management) Act 2019 —

        (a)     in subsection (2)(c), after "sworn" insert "or affirmed";

        (b)     in subsection (4)—

              (i)     for "A Magistrates' Court registrar" substitute "The Magistrates' Court";

              (ii)     for "may grant" substitute "may only grant".
