NORTH EAST LINK ACT 2020 (NO. 18 OF 2020) - SECT 22

Constitution of Board

The Board consists of—

        (a)     a chairperson; and

        (b)     a deputy chairperson; and

        (c)     subject to section 21(2), any other director appointed by the Governor in Council in accordance with this Division.
