NATIONAL ENERGY RETAIL LAW (VICTORIA) ACT 2024 (NO. 18 OF 2024) - SECT 10

A provision of any one or more of the following laws that confers a function or power on the Commission is relevant legislation for the purposes of section 10 of the Essential Services Commission Act 2001 —

        (a)     the National Energy Retail Law (Victoria);

        (b)     the National Energy Retail Regulations (Victoria);

        (c)     the National Energy Retail Rules (Victoria);

        (d)     this Act;

        (e)     regulations made under section 11.
