NATIONAL PARKS AND CROWN LAND (RESERVES) ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 54 OF 2008) - SECT 14

For section 18(1B) of the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 substitute —

    "(1B)     Any land that is a forest park is placed under the control and management of the Secretary for the purposes of section 18A of the Forests Act 1958 .".
