NATIONAL PARKS AND CROWN LAND (RESERVES) ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 54 OF 2008) - SECT 15

        In section 29F(1) of the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 —

        (a)     for " Melbourne Water Corporation Act 1992 " substitute " Water Act 1989 ";

        (b)     after "the Fifth Schedule" insert "or Division 7 or 8 of Part 3 of the Fifth Schedule".
