NATIONAL PARKS AMENDMENT (LEASING POWERS AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2013 (NO. 45 OF 2013) - SECT 1

The purpose of this Act is to amend the National Parks Act 1975 —

        (a)     in relation to leases and licences;

        (b)     to provide further regulation making powers.
