OATHS AND AFFIRMATIONS ACT 2018 (NO. 6 OF 2018) - SECT 24
Authorised affidavit taker authorised to administer oath or affirmation
(1) An authorised affidavit taker has the power to
administer an oath or affirmation to a deponent for the purpose of taking
an affidavit.
(2) An oath or affirmation must be administered in
accordance with Part 2.
