OATHS AND AFFIRMATIONS ACT 2018 (NO. 6 OF 2018) - SECT 36
Offence to make false statutory declaration
A person must not make a statement in a statutory declaration that the person
knows to be untrue.
Penalty: 600 penalty units or imprisonment for
5 years or both.
