OATHS AND AFFIRMATIONS ACT 2018 (NO. 6 OF 2018) - SECT 9
Oath or affirmation to be said aloud
A person who takes an oath or makes an affirmation must say the words of the
oath or affirmation aloud in the presence of the administering officer.
